What makes Nangka T-shirts special?
Our T-shirts are designed for travelers, adventurers, and dreamers. Each design is inspired by the world’s diversity, bringing a piece of your journey into your everyday wardrobe. Plus, they’re soft, comfy, and made to last - perfect for exploring (or just lounging).
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes! Our T-shirts come in a variety of sizes from XS to 3XL. You can find the available sizes per T-shirt on the product page just below the product name.
Not every color variant is available in all sizes. You can recognise this by the crossed out letters in the size selector.

What materials do you use?
Our T-shirts are made from high-quality ring-spun cotton for an ultra-soft feel. Solid colors are 100% cotton, while heather and sport grey variants include polyester blends for added durability. Each shirt features a classic fit, crew neckline, and tear-away label for maximum comfort.
What does ring-spun cotton means?
Ringspinning is a special treatment applied to cotton – whether common, organic, or sustainable. Ringspun cotton is spun, twisted, and thinned repeatedly, resulting in long, soft strands. T-shirts made with ringspun cotton are more durable but softer and far more comfortable to wear than those made with standard processed cotton.
How to keep my T-shirt in the best condition?
To keep your T-shirt looking great for the long haul, follow these care instructions:
- Machine Wash: Wash in cold water (max 30°C or 90°F) with similar colors. Always turn the T-shirt inside out to protect the print.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results.
- Ironing: If ironing is needed, use low heat and always turn the T-shirt inside out to protect the print. Steaming is also fine at a low temperature.
- Do not bleach: Bleaching will damage the fabric.
- Do not dry-clean
This will help your T-shirt stay vibrant and comfortable for a long time!
Are your T-shirts ethically made?
Yes! Our shirts are made using ethically grown and harvested U.S. cotton. We are proud to support sustainable production through the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol and Oeko-Tex certification for safety and quality assurance.
Account and Orders
Do I need an account to use the wish list?
With our wish list option, you can save your favorite T-shirt designs and revisit them anytime. Simply click the heart icon next to a product to add it to your wish list.
If you're not logged in, your wish list may only be saved temporarily on your device. To keep your wish list safe and accessible, we recommend creating an account.
If you want to access and manage your wish list across different devices, you will need an account.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save favorite designs, and speed up future purchases.
Can I save my shopping cart for later?
Yes! If you're logged into your account, your shopping cart will be saved, allowing you to pick up where you left off on any device. If you’re not logged in, your cart may only be saved temporarily.
Do you offer deals?
Yes! Occasionally, we offer discounts and promo codes. Keep an eye on our website, sign up for our newsletter, or follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest deals. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, next to PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other secure payment methods available at checkout, such as iDEAL for the Netherlands and Bancontact in Belgium. The exact payment options depend on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since our products are custom-made to order and automatically processed immediately after order confirmation, the options to cancel or modify orders are limited no none. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
We’ll do our best to help and try to modify or cancel the order within 1 hour of purchase, if your order hasn’t entered production yet. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes after purchase.
How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you have an account, you can log in to track your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
All our T-shirts are unique and custom-made. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! If you can dream of a place, there’s a good chance we can send a T-shirt there. However, there are a few exceptions due to conflict zones and logistical challenges. At this time, we are unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Turkmenistan, Myanmar, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Palestine, Somalia, Sudan and Venezuela.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide to all supported countries. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees. At checkout, we only calculate discounts and VAT based on the delivery address, o what you see is what you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 2-5 business days
- UK: 2-3 business days
- Germany: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-10 business days
- Ireland: 5-15 business days
- Australia: 3-6 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Are there customs fees or import duties?
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs-related issues.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize you've made an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes after this period.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all our T-shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our detailed size guide before purchasing.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! That’s not the adventure we planned. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
How long do I have to request a refund or replacement?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to report an issue with your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
Do I need to return a defective product?
No need to send it back! Just provide a photo proof of the defect or issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I haven’t received my refund?
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
